You will need
Red paper or card
Pencil
Ruler
Scissors
Glue
Template
Something to decorate your basket with

How to make it

1. Download the template or print direct from the link.

2. Place the template on your card or paper and draw round it.

3. With your pencil and ruler mark on the dotted and solid lines.

4. Decorate the plain side of your red paper/card.

5. Cut along the solid lines.

6. Fold along the dotted lines.

7. Make up the basket as in the diagram and glue.

8. Cut a 2cm strip of paper 20cm long.

9. Decorate the strip.

10. Stick the paper handle to each side of the basket .

11. Fill your basket with sweets or biscuits.

If you decorate your basket in a different way, then why don’t you bring it in to the I.C.T. suite to show us.
