At St Thomas’ our aim is that children understand what is expected of them regardless of their age. The way to achieve this is by ensuring that what happens in one classroom will happen in all of them. Expectations are constantly reinforced by all adults in school and both rewards and sanctions can be issued confidently and for the correct reasons. Because of this, pupils can be self-disciplined and more independent in their actions and choices.
