New Starter Forms 

Parents of all children starting our school must complete the forms below. There are 5 links to secure pages with forms to complete. 
In line with our data protection privacy policy (click this link to view)
We require specific information from you. This information will be encrypted and will be stored safely.

Once you have completed the form you will need to press submit to save it to our services.

School Dinners

Our school dinners are all ordered through "Lunchshop". They provide easy ways for you to order your childs schools dinners, and an even easier way for your child to pick them up at lunch. If you struggle to log in with any accounts, pop into the office and well lend you a helping hand.

Our Uniform

Our Uniform.

It is expected that every child who attends St Thomas wears their uniform with pride. The expected uniform consists of :

Royal Blue pullover or cardigan
Royal Blue sweatshirt
Pale Blue Polo shirt
Grey trousers
(All children may wear grey school trousers)
 or Grey Skirt/Pinafore dress
(skirts should be of an appropriate length – no shorter than just above the knee)
Dark coloured shoes

N.B. The following clothing must NOT be worn in School:-

Jeans or Cords
Track Suits (except in Games lessons during winter)
Trainers (including "boots")
Shoes with high heels
Patterned "T-shirts” or Bermuda shorts

Alternative Summer Uniform

In summer pupils may wear (instead of the normal uniform):-
  • Blue / White checked or striped dress
  • Sandals

P.E Uniform

Each child must attend in P.E. uniform on the day of their Physical Education lesson:-
  • Black or Blue shorts
  • White "T-shirt" or House T-shirt (Red, Yellow, Blue or Green)
  • School jumper or cardigan
  • Black pumps or trainers
  • Jogging bottoms for outside Games lessons

We do not insist on crested items, all our uniform is readily available at local supermarkets and uniform shops.
There is also a website that stocks our uniform. We do not currently offer any second-hand options.
